📋 Description

• Prepare a high volume of business and individual tax returns, approximately 150–200 annually, with a primary focus on business entities • Work closely with team members to support a structured client transition and ensure continuity of service • Maintain accuracy and efficiency across a diverse return mix under seasonal deadlines • Contribute to team knowledge and take on mentorship responsibilities over time while progressing toward a Manager role • Stay current on relevant tax law changes and apply them proactively across the book of work

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience • Strong business return preparation skills required • 1040 experience a plus • Proficiency in CCH Axcess preferred • CPA or EA preferred • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment • Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone
