📋 Description

• Collaborate with branch leadership to manage facility maintenance projects, technician work orders, and preventive maintenance services • Support senior regional facility specialists and the branch services team • Manage end-to-end requests from branches using Freshdesk • Assist landlords and senior management with financial decisions related to repairs and maintenance by obtaining vendor quotes and submitting and managing capital expense requests • Receive Freshdesk tickets and assign them to Specialists based on regional responsibility • Provide additional support to senior specialists when needed • Research and use assigned financial approval responsibility to procure facilities vendors • Interpret facilities' legal lease language to identify financial obligations • Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal agencies, including fire departments, building authorities, and OSHA • Ensure facilities remain compliant with OSHA and other safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline, or MS/MA with generally 0-1 year of experience in a related field • Generally 0-2 years of experience in a related field for BS/BA pathway • Certification may be required in some areas • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, time management, decision-making, and effective problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs and urgency • Keen attention to detail • Intermediate Excel skills • Strong understanding of OSHA, as well as local and federal facilities-related regulations • Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time
