📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all rental operations, including multi-site and regional teams. • Lead, develop, and manage a multi-layered leadership team (operations, rental, customer service, continuous improvement). • Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to regulatory and company standards. • Drive operational excellence (safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer service performance). • Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital planning. • Establish and execute enterprise strategies (inventory optimization, fleet utilization, capacity planning). • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity • Multi-site leadership experience in rental, manufacturing, or distribution operations • Proven success in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives • Experience with P&L ownership and financial management • Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications. • Strong financial and business acumen. • Advanced leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with KPI development and performance management systems.
