• Identify and qualify top targets and opportunities to drive technology-required adoptions • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to devise training plans for new and existing adoptions • Develop strategies to retain business and expand existing accounts • Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations to customers • Manage a pipeline and assess sales opportunities • Conduct in-person training for Wiley’s digital solutions
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required • Sales experience with a background in higher education is strongly preferred • Sales mindset, organization, planning, presentation, and leadership skills • Ability to travel 40-60% (mostly by car; occasionally by air) • Candidates must reside in the Illinois territory and have a valid driver's license
