📋 Description

• Work with recruiters, hiring teams and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate attraction challenges across two or three accounts • Help shape simple, effective recruitment marketing ideas supporting live hiring priorities • Support content, campaign and communications activity across social media, email, talent communities, job advertising and hiring events • Ensure candidate-facing messages are clear, engaging and aligned to the employer brand • Coordinate activity, keep stakeholders updated and help move projects forward with support from the wider team • Review campaign or attraction activity to understand what is working and where improvements can be made • Support the Talent Attraction Media team during a 4–5 month maternity cover

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confidence managing stakeholders, asking good questions and keeping people updated • Good organization and the ability to manage several moving parts at once • An interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate attraction or creative sourcing ideas • Some understanding of how to engage candidates and make opportunities stand out • A proactive, curious and collaborative approach • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, communications or client/stakeholder support would be helpful, but full recruitment marketing experience is not essential • Ability to work NAM account hours
