📋 Description

• Support access provisioning and identity lifecycle processes across corporate applications and systems • Process access requests according to predefined procedures and established SLAs • Resolve problem tickets and service requests related to corporate and commercial applications and systems • Collaborate with security analysts, technical resources, application support teams, and business partners to resolve issues and requests • Communicate with customers to clarify requests, provide updates, and share information • Provide Tier II support for help desk-reported issues • Investigate and resolve issues involving identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions • Apply role-based access controls (RBAC) and least-privilege principles • Serve as IAM point of contact for assigned applications • Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, revocation, and audit support • Assist with access certifications and audits, including resolving attestation issues • Perform timely revocation of system access for separated employees • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for security system modifications and enhancements • Adapt to changing situations and interpret work instructions, forms, and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data review • Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts such as user provisioning, account access, and security roles • Familiarity with customer service, ticketing systems, or support processes is helpful • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and departmental administrative rotations • Sitting continuously: 67–100% • Repetitive hand action with medium dexterity continuously: 67–100% • Fine manipulating frequently: 34–66% • Equipment used: computer, printer, telephone, basic office supplies, and copier
