📋 Description

• Obtain patient insurance information • Contact insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary procedures are covered • Enter patient benefit information accurately and ensure existing information is correct • Enter notes on upcoming appointments • Work with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating changes in patients’ insurance • Following up with monthly eligibility until surgery has been performed

🎯 Requirements

• Dental PPO verification: 3 years (Required) • Must be excellent at multitasking • Exceptional quick learner with a desire to learn and grow • Organized and analytical with high attention to detail • Strong time management, solution-driven, self-motivated, critical thinker, and prioritization skills • Coachable, open to new ideas, and excited for expansion • Strong communicator with the ability to problem-solve • Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and maturity • Working knowledge of Microsoft, and ability to utilize spreadsheets • 3 years of dental experience and terminology • Previous Insurance experience preferred
