📋 Description
• Work directly with food and ingredient data, identifying what makes each ingredient unique and how ingredients relate to one another • Use AI tools to clarify each ingredient's identity, functional capacities, synonyms, and scientifically backed descriptive detail • Keep data accurate and consistent; catch and correct errors • Pick up review requests from a queue, resolve them, or escalate for next steps • Complete a short hands-on skills exercise during the application process
🎯 Requirements
• Formal background in nutrition or food science: AA, bachelor's, advanced degree, or technical training • Strong ingredient and chemical understanding • Ability to identify how ingredients behave • Detail-first, highly accurate approach • Comfort reading Nutrition Facts panels and ingredient lists • Confidence with numbers and data entry • Talent for spotting mistakes • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to communicate at high quality and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Selected candidates complete a short hands-on skills exercise
