📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets and streamline complex processes • Advise clients through intricate approval processes to achieve fast and efficient outcomes • Build and maintain relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times • Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously, ensure key milestones are met, and resolve permitting roadblocks • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve Pulley’s platform and client experience • Work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to refine best practices and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting • Demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes • Excellent communication abilities • Talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials • Skilled in using relevant software tools • Adaptability in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency • Must be located in Arkansas • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to work in the US
