📋 Description

• Direct and scale strategy for driving technical excellence across the global partner network • Report to the Head of Partner Solutions Architecture and collaborate with the Global GSI Leader, Sales, Product, and Partner organizations • Lead a globally distributed team enabling Global Systems Integrators to scope, solution, and deliver cloud security services • Recruit, retain, develop, and coach a high-performing global team of Partner Solutions Architects • Stay hands-on with cloud security technology across AWS, Azure, and GCP and serve as a trusted partner advisor • Build relationships with senior GSI and CSP partner sales leaders and drive joint business success • Develop and oversee partner technical enablement programs • Ensure partners are technically proficient, certified, and self-sufficient in service delivery • Partner with sales leaders on strategic go-to-market insertion points and services practices • Establish best practices, methodologies, and technical frameworks for partner-delivered services • Set team performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive operational efficiency and accountability • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering leadership to share best practices and accelerate product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Partner Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar functions in a global SaaS or cloud security organization • 5+ years of experience developing, managing, and coaching technical teams • Proven track record of recruiting, retaining, developing, and coaching a globally distributed team of skilled Partner Solutions Architects • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with ability to engage and influence C-level executives, partner leaders, and internal stakeholders • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, CSPs, regional SIs, VARs, MSPs) and their complex organizational structures • Strong technical leadership skills and ability to balance team management with hands-on technical engagement • Hands-on understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, cloud identity and access management, containers, and CSPM/CNAPP solutions • Experience deploying programs to advance technical and selling skills, and driving accountability using metrics and systems such as Salesforce • Detailed understanding of managed services offerings from technical, commercial, and operational perspectives • Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures, with ability to scale programs worldwide • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship • Preferred: experience with traditional CSPM, CNAPP, or cloud infrastructure security solutions • Preferred: technical SaaS selling experience • Preferred: understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) • Preferred: previous experience in Partner Program Management or Services GTM Strategy
