📋 Description

• Establish and maintain oversight of a remote team of data specialists • Work with the Operations Improvement Manager and Operations Analyst on data outputs • Validate daily data through critical reports • Manage cross-functional communication with Operational Leaders to ensure Area-level data oversight and management • Act as a boundary partner for all operational initiatives • Use Waste Management systems to record metrics and verify process improvement opportunities • Manage performance and continued skill development of the Data Specialist Team • Guide operational data quality, accuracy, standardization, system capabilities, and reporting excellence across WM • Partner with operational leaders, the Operations Improvement team, Area Analysts, and the broader organization

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree (accredited), or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree • 3 years of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirement • Approximately 10% travel • Experience navigating complex data environments • Knowledge of EMAP, MAS, OPUS, Kronos, Power BI, SharePoint, PMT, CorpDb, Essbase, Newton, Microsoft Suite, Capacity Planner, and other required systems • Ability to validate daily operational data via critical reports • Ability to manage and develop a remote team of data specialists • REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative, or willingness to obtain one, may be required for air travel or federal property access
