📋 Description

• Launch and support new SES operations and provide backfill where needed • Manage onsite or remote activities at highly complex customer locations • Manage operational aspects of new customer launches, including temporary and permanent personnel • Train permanent staff on WM and customer responsibilities and expectations • Manage, measure, and track personnel responsibilities and activities • Coordinate team assignments, roles, and responsibilities for compliant and efficient work • Promote safety and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, federal, state, and local regulations • Maintain current certifications and training for team members • Coordinate transportation logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including profiling, scheduling, manifesting, and loading • Consult with clients to identify, design, and implement cost-saving opportunities and proposals • Review inspections and reporting, identify risks, and implement corrective actions • Review client and vendor financial obligations, invoicing, reporting, and contracts • Maintain contractual compliance while optimizing EBIT • Occasionally perform labor-intensive activities such as drum collection and bulking • Serve as liaison between clients and vendors regarding service issues and contract management • Develop and implement processes, solutions, strategic project roadmaps, and operational frameworks • Deploy to customer sites until permanent personnel are in place

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in job related field, or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree • 5 years of relevant experience required in addition to the education requirement • TWIC Card or ability to obtain prior to starting • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting • Valid Driver's License • Must live and work in the U.S. • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, or Ohio • Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required • Ability to travel 85% of the time within the U.S. • Ability to manage exempt and non-exempt personnel and supervise 2+ full-time exempt employees • Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations • Ability to manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste operations • Ability to coordinate hazardous waste transportation, profiling, scheduling, manifesting, and loading
