📋 Description

• Manage intake of new work into the global business services platform • Manage complex projects including M&A integration and migration of work from local finance to GBS • Liaise between the M&A deal team, business stakeholders, and GBS delivery teams • Centrally manage global Record-to-Report processes • Ensure process adoption, maturity, consistency, and standards across regional GBS centers • Lead a team of functional Global Product Owners and escalate issues to the SVP Finance Operations • Oversee system performance and manage functional and technical system resources • Ensure integrations between existing systems and processes function properly • Review and resolve RTR issues, risks, and business impacts • Identify best practices for end-to-end process improvement • Update and maintain process flows • Manage system update delivery • Own master data and maintain data integrity • Lead Subject Matter Resource engagement • Update and validate learning content • Support training delivery • Manage policy updates • Act as a change ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience with SAP • Background in centralized service centers supporting financial operations for multiple legal entities spanning business groups, regions, countries, languages, and currencies • Knowledge of change management theory and practice • Demonstrated skills in financial process design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, especially record-to-report • Stakeholder engagement and management skills in complex, multifaceted organizations • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Experience working with remote teams across multiple locations • Media or entertainment experience (preferred)
