📋 Description

• Tend to project installation schedules • Verify orders with clients and contractors • Communicate schedule updates consistently to clients and contractors • Work hand in hand with Building Coordinators throughout the installation process • Schedule clients based on contractor availability • Reassure clients and set realistic expectations regarding site details, arrival times, and live updates • Gain ongoing building construction knowledge • Communicate with clients, packmates, and contractor teams • Maintain communicable relationships with clients • Work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays on rotation as needed • Work scheduled shifts of 8am–5pm and 7am–4pm on rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time availability • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English • Ability to speak English and Spanish with a neutral accent • Ability to type in English and Spanish with good grammar • Reliable internet service • Quiet workspace • Ability to manage a high workload • Highly resourceful • Extremely attentive to detail • Tech-savvy • Customer service skills • Leadership skills • Effective communication • Multitasking ability • Collaborative approach • Strong organizational skills • Time management • Adaptability • Motivation and resiliency • Willingness to learn • Strong desire to succeed • Great attitude
