📋 Description

• Monitor the pool area and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents and injuries. • Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers and act immediately to provide assistance or initiate rescue procedures when necessary. • Respond promptly and effectively in the event of water-related emergencies, including drowning, injuries, or other medical situations. • Administer first aid, CPR, or any other necessary life-saving techniques as trained. • Enforce pool policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment. • Communicate rules to patrons and take appropriate action to address violations or unsafe behaviors. • Provide excellent customer service to all individuals using the aquatic facility.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (may vary depending on local regulations). • Possess current lifeguard certification from a recognized certification agency. • CPR and first aid certification. • Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness. • Strong observational and communication skills. • Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations. • Prior experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role is preferred. • Knowledge of water safety protocols and rescue techniques. • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
