📋 Description

• Lead social media for the company and help build strategy around award-winning food and lifestyle programming • Lead audience and revenue growth on priority social media platforms • Create and platform content that resonates with the audience and supports broader programming initiatives • Manage content optimization and packaging across priority social platforms • Develop, implement, and manage scalable and efficient Social operations • Evaluate and refine Social processes • Monitor the Social Content Budget and analyze ROI • Develop strategies for emerging platforms • Lead content creation and post content as needed • Monitor social media competitor trends across all platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in social media, digital video and/or editorial • At least 2 years managing a team or contractors • Specific experience managing YouTube channels • Expert in social media metrics, analytics and reporting • Experience using YouTube Studio & Analytics • Proven ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels • Ability to interpret analytics, form insights and communicate the resulting strategy to executives and the team • Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere, is a plus • Passion for Tastemade, food, and a positive, get-it-done attitude • Adaptable and able to perform well during periods of change • Creative storytelling using copy, video and interactions to connect with social audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead projects across multiple departments • Data and analysis skills for determining audience-inspiring tactics • Deep experience with YouTube strategy and content optimization
