📋 Description

• Assist students and graduates in securing employment aligned with their field of study or skill set by identifying opportunities, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful job placements. • Provide individualized guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, and professional readiness to help students confidently transition into the workforce. • Build and maintain relationships with employers and hiring managers to generate job leads, create placement opportunities, and expand hiring pipelines within assigned regions. • Engage with externship and practicum sites to facilitate required documentation, while collaborating with coordinators and site administrators to ensure a smooth student experience and transition to employment. • Develop and execute plans to achieve placement goals, consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, and ensure all activities and documentation comply with institutional, federal, and accreditor standards. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in education, career services, employment staffing, out placement services, executive search, or related field. • Knowledge of different application processes and expectations. • Experience overcoming graduate (or equivalent customer) obstacles. • Skills – organization, communication/interpersonal skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management. • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
