📋 Description

• Own recurring reporting across leads, opportunities, pipeline, renewals, and revenue recognition • Maintain financial models, including commission calculations, forecast inputs, and bookings-to-revenue bridges • Support weekly pipeline forecasting through data preparation, deal movement tracking, and revenue-impact analysis • Own Salesforce data hygiene, field maintenance, dashboards, data-quality monitoring, and basic formula-field automation • Build Sales and Marketing reports and dashboards and analyze trends to grow revenue and improve retention • Develop post-sale analytics for renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention with the Strategic Accounts team • Research, evaluate, and recommend tools and vendors; manage implementation, rollout, and end-user enablement • Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures • Support territory and quota maintenance, deal desk activities, and commission plan execution • Prototype automation and AI-driven improvements to reduce manual commercial work • Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the manager for WorkCare’s efficient operation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field • 2–4 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analytics, financial analytics, or commercial analytics • Demonstrated reliability owning recurring reporting and operational deliverables, with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines • Advanced Excel skills, including maintaining complex models without breaking existing logic • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including report and dashboard building, data quality management, and administrative tasks • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable findings • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance stakeholders • Sound judgment in handling confidential financial and commercial data • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to varied audiences • Experience building reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker preferred • Experience running a tool or vendor selection from evaluation through rollout preferred • Experience with self-directed dashboards, automations, or models preferred • Familiarity with AI and automation tooling preferred • Exposure to revenue recognition concepts or finance systems such as Sage Intacct preferred • Exposure to renewal rates, expansion, and net revenue retention metrics preferred • Experience with Power Automate or Python preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and strong PowerPoint • CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred • Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly • Availability for periodic meetings and collaboration during normal business hours • Ability to work in a home setup meeting Company IT, privacy, and safety requirements • Ability to sit for long periods and work at a desk • Ability to use a computer and phone, keyboard, and mouse • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or move up to 15 pounds
