📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, and enhance systems to ensure optimal performance • Review system performance, alerts, and notices, and take appropriate action to prevent downtime • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain end-user computing and telecommunication systems • Facilitate change management meetings • Assemble knowledge documents • Support operations projects • Assist with the day-to-day operation of Workiva’s systems and identify ways to better meet internal customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Network Administration, Accounting, or a related field of study • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines • Ability to quickly triage problems, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution • Experience with AWS, networks, or servers • Minimal travel • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
