📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools for the sales team and leadership • Perform ad-hoc analyses using Excel and other data analysis tools to support sales initiatives and answer business questions • Summarize data into presentations with visuals and commentary • Track and report global sales KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across regions • Identify and implement process improvements for data collection, analysis, and reporting • Build relationships with internal stakeholders across departments, including sales and operational leadership • Conduct regular sales data quality checks and validation • Contribute to standardized reports and consistent data presentation • Provide insights that inform sales strategies and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably within sales analytics • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or Quicksight • Strong knowledge of SQL • Advanced Excel skills • Experience or exposure to dbt or cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks • Ability to create and present insightful visuals and commentary to senior leadership and stakeholders • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data clearly and concisely • Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and manage tasks based on defined objectives • Ability to build productive internal working relationships • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Reliable internet access for remote work • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis • Workiva will not provide visa sponsorship
