📋 Description

• Take ownership of assigned scoping activities, translating customer needs into accurate effort estimates, project timelines, and finalized Statements of Work (SOWs) using professional principles and techniques • Address minimally ambiguous scoping challenges by reviewing a variety of factors • Build and maintain productive internal working relationships, regularly interacting with high-level individual contributors and managers across Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to align on project scope • Independently manage and prioritize routine scoping work while receiving detailed guidance only on new or highly complex assignments • Contribute directly to the success of a small team by ensuring the quality of your own work • Provide broad guidance and support to individuals in process-oriented or entry-level roles (e.g., Associate Scoping Analysts)

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2 years experience in professional services, pre-sales, scoping, implementation, or technical consulting within the SaaS industry • Prior experience in SaaS implementation, pre-sales technical consulting, or professional services scoping • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and interact confidently with managers and senior individual contributors across multiple departments • Ability to evaluate varied factors to understand problems and apply acquired techniques to resolve them • Capacity to exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and adapt practices when necessary • Strong ability to begin independently prioritizing work based on clearly defined overall objectives • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, tailored to both peer and management audiences • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to build productive, regular interactions across similar internal business areas • Ability to independently evaluate and resolve standard scoping questions without immediate escalation
