📋 Description

• Deeply understand the needs of our business and customers to build clarity on the requirements to build a resilient, reliable product • Influence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignment • Create and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk early • Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success, and Go-to-market teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the product • As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas • Use your insights and knowledge from enterprise customers, as well as broad technical subject matter expertise, to train and enable a scalable product

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • 6 years of related experience in a product role in software or other related field • MBA degree • A proven track record of leading the development of product vision and strategy • Experience delivering software in an agile development environment using continuous deployment techniques • Shipped products with great customer experience user reviews • A self-starter mindset to execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction • An excellent understanding of product development and how web technologies work • Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team communication • Strong Leadership skills – the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
