📋 Description

• Own the Long-Range Planning process, including its framework, assumptions, financial model, and regular refreshes • Translate corporate strategy into financial and operational targets, investment priorities, and multi-year scenarios • Create an ARR-based model covering new bookings, churn, solutions, geographies, units, and ASP • Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for strategic trade-offs, capital allocation, and risk • Coordinate the LRP with Corporate FP&A so it connects to the annual operating plan and near-term outlook • Reimagine Finance planning, forecasting, and analysis with AI • Build and deploy AI-enabled models and workflows on the Workiva platform • Evaluate and adopt AI tools with Finance Systems, IT, and Data teams • Build scalable models, data structures, and self-service reporting • Help Finance and business partners use AI in everyday planning and analysis • Partner with Product, Engineering, G&A, and Go-To-Market leaders on plans, investments, and outcomes • Deliver analysis on top-line performance, profitability, unit economics, operating leverage, and investment returns • Partner with Investor Relations on earnings materials, investor presentations, and long-term targets • Build analysis, benchmarking, and market context for investor communications • Turn ambiguous questions into decision-ready recommendations with clear success metrics • Prepare executive, Board, and investor-ready materials within disclosure controls and in coordination with Legal • Set standards for analytical rigor, communication, and business partnership

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or related analytics roles • Demonstrated ownership of an LRP or multi-year strategic financial model • Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills • Hands-on experience applying AI to planning, forecasting, or analytics • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Executive presence to explain complex topics simply to the CEO, Board, and investors • Proficiency in modern AI models, SQL, BI tools, ERP, and planning platforms • Ability to connect numbers to business strategy and market context • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-changing, AI-driven environment • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across functions without direct authority • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Ability to build and lead a team as scope grows • Up to 25% travel required for strategic team meetings and corporate events
