📋 Description

• Build the company financial model • Establish the planning and metrics cadence used by the leadership team • Serve as the analytical lead for the company • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Engineering, GTM, business unit leads, and Product • Translate business strategy into financial outcomes and tradeoffs • Facilitate executive meeting cadences and OKR processes • Drive strategic analyses for pricing, investment, and competitive decisions • Develop investment frameworks for M&A, partnerships, and growth initiatives • Lead high-impact ad hoc projects • Build financial infrastructure and own the company financial forecast • Develop and implement KPI dashboards and performance tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in banking, private equity, or growth-stage VC • Strong financial modeling skills • Experience in business operations or strategic finance at a high-growth startup, Series B and beyond • Experience operating in a hypergrowth environment • Ability to establish business cadences and drive decisions using financial models • Hands-on approach; able to work effectively without immediate headcount • Comfort with ambiguity • Legally authorized to work where the job is offered • Must answer whether future sponsorship will be required
