📋 Description

• Own CI/CD pipeline architecture for the Salesforce Platform • Define Salesforce sandbox and branching strategies • Lead release governance across Salesforce environments • Implement and manage automated testing and deployment processes • Introduce AI-assisted development and delivery tools to improve testing, code review, and deployment risk detection

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years of Salesforce release engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Metadata API deployments • Production experience with at least one Salesforce DevOps/deployment platform such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, or Flosum • Strong Git experience, including branching, pull-request gating, and conflict resolution in metadata-heavy repositories • Hands-on CI/CD experience with one or more platforms: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) sufficient to troubleshoot deployment failures • Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Node.js • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and their impact on deployment and testing strategies
