📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for WinTeam's core ERP modules • Lead modernization, balancing technical architecture upgrades with near-term customer value • Embed AI-First Workflows leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Executive teams to accelerate delivery speed • Deepen customer relationships via advisory boards, site visits, and discovery calls • Manage product profitability and work with Finance on pricing/packaging models

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in PM • 5+ years managing and growing PM teams within enterprise B2B SaaS • Background in mission-critical platforms (ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operations software) strongly preferred • Proven success modernizing mature platforms and managing customer change management • Practical knowledge of designing and launching AI-assisted, data-driven software capabilities • Exceptional ability to influence internal stakeholders and lead strategic customer conversations • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
