📋 Description

• Coordinate the operational infrastructure supporting the global Stop Financing Factory Farming coalition • Administer coalition budgets, subgrants, vendor contracts, consultant agreements, financial tracking, and reporting with internal finance staff • Track grant deliverables, reporting requirements, funding timelines, and support coalition fundraising activities • Support coalition governance processes, operational systems, and Steering Committee coordination • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen coalition participation and expand engagement across the global S3F network • Build and maintain relationships with coalition members, prospective partners, and allied organizations • Coordinate coalition communications, outreach initiatives, and partner engagement activities • Partner with regional coordinators to align outreach and strengthen global network coordination • Coordinate cross-functional projects supporting coalition advocacy initiatives • Coordinate logistics and partner engagement for advocacy initiatives, coalition events, and rapid response activities • Monitor project milestones and identify risks, opportunities, and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in political science, International Affairs, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in coalition coordination, campaigning, grassroots organizing, project management, or a related field • Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, grant administration, contracts, or vendor relationships • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects involving multiple partners while balancing competing priorities and deadlines • Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders • Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and ability to work independently while adapting to evolving priorities and recognizing when issues require escalation • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex administrative processes • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed • Preferred: Experience administering grants, subgrants, or donor-funded projects with multiple reporting requirements • Preferred: Knowledge of international development, multilateral development banks, sustainable finance, food systems, environmental policy, or related fields • Preferred: Experience supporting international advocacy campaigns or coalition-based initiatives • Preferred: Background in environmental policy, food systems, agriculture, public policy, public health, international development, or related discipline • Preferred: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese • Hired candidates must verify identity and complete eligibility verification upon hire
