📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing account management team • Establish expectations, provide coaching, and support client consultations, business reviews, presentations, and complex issue resolution • Build and maintain relationships with travel managers, program leaders, and executive sponsors • Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic client discussions, escalations, and relationship management • Understand client business objectives, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve program performance and business outcomes • Collaborate with Operations, Client & Consulting Services, Business Solutions, and other internal teams • Use reporting, insights, industry knowledge, trends, and business metrics to address risks and support decision-making • Drive client satisfaction, retention, long-term loyalty, operational excellence, and business growth • Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and client-focused decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in corporate travel management, consulting, account management, customer success, or a related client-facing environment • Experience developing and coaching teams responsible for client retention, service delivery, and relationship management • Ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors • Consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering meaningful solutions • Strong business judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions, solve problems, and improve performance • Professional home office environment • Ability to travel independently, including occasional overnight travel • Role is open to candidates based in the Philadelphia area or remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zones
