📋 Description

• Manage the full life cycle of sponsor contracts and change orders/amendments • Draft and revise contracts, budgets, scopes of work, legal, financial, and operational terms • Lead negotiations with sponsors, including study budgets and agreement terms • Ensure scopes of work and agreed changes are accurately reflected in contracts and budgets • Collaborate with Business Development, Therapeutic Leaders, Operations, Finance, Legal, Proposal Development, and Business Operations • Develop and modify service description text and contract exhibits • Finalize project timelines, scope, and associated costs with Project Management and functional departments • Obtain approvals for discounts, payment schedules, final budgets, sponsor grids, and contracts • Track document status and values through Salesforce and Worldwide’s finance system • Support sponsor communications and distribute relevant information during negotiations • Attend internal project handover meetings when necessary

• Ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and analytical skills • Effective negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong Excel skills, including manipulating budgets and client bid grids • Cross-functional stakeholder management experience • Metrics-driven, goal-oriented, and highly detail-oriented • Organizational skills, including prioritization, delegation, and work evaluation • Networking and influencing skills • Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing demands • Ability to lead and manage projects successfully • Strong familiarity with CRM, especially Salesforce.com • Knowledge of general corporate business practices and commercial contracting principles • Prior exposure to Proposal Development and Business Development Operations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Two to three years of direct experience with CRO or pharmaceutical data, including sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
