📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and therapeutic expertise across Worldwide's key areas of focus, including Oncology, Rare Disease, Cardio Metabolic, and Neuroscience • Partner closely with business development, marketing, and operational teams to develop innovative clinical and commercial strategies • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, playing a critical role in proposal development, client presentations, and study award activities • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Therapeutic Strategy Leads through coaching, performance management, and career development • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and therapeutic expertise • Analyze market trends, growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging therapeutic modalities • Drive thought leadership initiatives, including conference participation, webinars, publications, and customer-facing collateral • Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), consultants, and industry stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams for effective clinical trial strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree (Master's, PhD, MD) preferred • 15+ years of global clinical research experience, including clinical trial delivery and/or drug development • Demonstrated success leading complex clinical development programs and delivering strategic business outcomes • Strong understanding of clinical trial delivery, GCP/ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements • Deep knowledge of clinical research, therapeutic areas, and the biopharmaceutical industry • Strategic mindset with the ability to make informed decisions and balance competing priorities • Commercial acumen with experience supporting business development, customer engagement, and growth initiatives • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Proven leadership experience in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments • Strong business, financial, and negotiation skills • Proficiency with technology, research tools, and data-driven decision making • Ability to mentor, develop, and influence teams while adapting to evolving business needs.
