📋 Description

• Ensure alignment between global innovation strategy and regional commercial priorities. • Oversee the development and execution of the global innovation pipeline in the US market. • Lead and develop two Senior Brand Managers responsible for global innovation initiatives. • Synthesize innovation pipeline strategies and commercialization updates for key stakeholders like senior leaders & key customer meetings. • Ensure innovation priorities, timelines, and business cases are clearly communicated to cross functional partners. • Lead and develop Senior Associate Brand Manager to ensure effective documentation & consistent reporting of long-term pipeline sufficiency & readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. • 10-15 years of experience in brand management, innovation, or marketing leadership. • Knowledge – Consumer packaged goods. • Skills – Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. • Strong leadership and people management capabilities. • Experience working with global or multi-market teams. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Abilities – Ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic insights.
