📋 Description
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, including invoice processing, cash application, billing, and collections • Lead month-end and year-end close cycles • Maintain internal controls and accounting policies aligned with GAAP and healthcare/compliance standards • Coordinate audit support, tax filings, and regulatory documentation • Partner with Client Finance on revenue recognition and job costing alignment • Support integration of Boundless systems and processes into the unified Woven Health Collective structure
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior accountant or assistant controller experience • Multi-entity or multi-business-unit experience preferred • Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and job/project costing • Hands-on close, control, and audit experience • Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel • CPA strongly preferred
