📋 Description

• Manage patient intake processes, ensuring accurate and complete information collection • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses • Conduct patient follow-ups via phone and email to maintain engagement and care continuity • Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling efficiently • Resolve patient inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism • Support administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in medical or psychiatry intake and/or customer service roles • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Comfortable handling patient interactions with empathy and professionalism • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
