📋 Description

• Process warranty claims accurately and timely • Manage assigned dealers and complete assigned claims • Maintain communications with dealership, manufacturer, and WPI staff • Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements • Maintain accurate claim records and detailed claim notes • Respond to communications within WPI expectations • Use internal reporting to reconcile work weekly and monthly • Analyze problems, identify trends, and report issues affecting claim-processing efficiency • Assist with warranty-process action plans and improvement strategies • Communicate required training and resources • Self-report identified issues • Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and compliance • Assist dealers with questions and issues • Follow WPI policies and procedures for claim handling • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Direct Warranty Administrator experience • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills • Proficient or ability to learn new computer systems • Prior experience in warranty processing required • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Sound reasoning and math skills
