• Support one to two regions across the southern portion of the operating footprint. • Partner closely with Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Supervisors and Regional HR Business Partners to recruit exceptional frontline talent. • Periodically visit branches, job sites and hiring events within the region to build relationships and better understand the work. • Manage an average portfolio of 20–30 active requisitions, increasing during peak seasonal periods. • Partner with Operations Managers and Supervisors to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges. • Build strong working relationships with Regional HR Business Partners. • Collaborate on hiring escalations and other employment-related situations. • Conduct intake meetings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process. • Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing strategies.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Must reside within the Wind River Environmental operating footprint. • Strong preference for candidates located in the Orlando, FL metropolitan area. • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Experience recruiting for blue-collar, skilled trades, transportation, environmental services, construction or other industrial field operations. • Experience recruiting CDL and other safety-sensitive positions. • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates. • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates, hiring managers and HR partners. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, curious and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity experience is a plus). • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
