📋 Description

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards • Ensure the location meets statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental requirements • Enhance Caterlink’s reputation for excellent food and service and consistently exceed client and customer expectations • Manage the day-to-day running of the location • Supervise teams, manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Act as the main client contact at the school and recommend and implement adjustments and improvements • Communicate regularly with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets • Support and train teams, ensure training is completed and manage performance

🎯 Requirements

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults • Enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role • Ability to prepare, cook and present food to required standards • Knowledge and compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures • Ability to manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Ability to supervise, support and train teams • Ability to monitor KPIs and financial targets
