📋 Description
• Assist client plan participants through enrollment process • Provide updates on health care and/or pension plans • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat and message center
🎯 Requirements
• High School degree required • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience in a customer service-related field • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is a plus
