📋 Description
• Implement Wurth’s inventory management solutions, including vending, VMI, and crib systems • Lead larger installations requiring multiple people • Participate in customer solution discovery processes, including crib crawls • Communicate IT requirements and complete connectivity requirements with customer personnel • Perform pre-installation tasks to ensure customer readiness • Keep stakeholders informed of progress during crib crawls and installations • Meet with the customer champion onsite to review scope of work and safety protocols • Complete installations according to specifications and within the allotted timeframe • Escalate incomplete installations to the manager and recommend a forward plan • Provide customer training after solution installation • Perform maintenance and break-fix work when needed • Provide on-the-job training for new associates • Promote Wurth’s company culture and MSM mission
🎯 Requirements
• Basic mechanical skills required • Basic understanding of network connectivity preferred • Ability to work in industrial environments required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required • Interpersonal and social skills required • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with others • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Preferred proximity to an airport in the Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX area
