📋 Description

• Lead special projects and serve as the primary contact between ambulatory operations, clinical leadership, information technology, revenue cycle, and other stakeholders • Manage project communications, deliverables, deadlines, department initiatives, and stakeholder relationships • Develop reports and presentations and communicate findings to leadership • Ensure projects follow timelines, meet targets and expectations, and adhere to operating parameters • Respond to requests and resolve problems raised by department leadership, IT, clinical departments, and support staff • Assist the Director with standardization and process improvement to improve operations, best practices, and workflows • Initiate programs and projects with Directors and Senior Leadership and coordinate implementation and completion • Direct project review sessions, monitor progress, conduct issue audits, document project-plan progress, and advise stakeholders on CMS provider-based compliance under 42 CFR 413.65 • Coordinate and perform onsite gap assessments for provider-based clinics and RHCs across the health system as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Finance, or related field OR 1–2 years’ experience with Medicare Provider Based and RHC regulations • Strong communication and project management skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of ambulatory operations, revenue cycle functions, and clinical workflows • Self-motivated and flexible in responding to shifting priorities or organizational changes • Ability to sit, stand, or remain stationary for extended periods • Frequent use of hands and fingers with full range of motion for typing, writing, and handling office equipment
