• Assist users in all aspects of ERP system use • Develop, recommend, and implement strategies and programs addressing company objectives • Provide functional and technical support for the ERP and related system environments • Monitor the system daily and respond to security and usability concerns • Resolve help desk requests and software issues • Manage the configuration and operation of a web-based ERP platform • Gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders • Customize and propose technical solutions supporting Wyld sales processes • Assist integration of Salesforce with the ERP and maintain communication between the systems • Work with the Business Systems team and external vendors to achieve company goals • Test and implement development changes with the ERP provider/vendor • Maintain ERP system health, data protection, backup, recovery, and business continuity plans • Co-lead ERP-related projects and diagnostic tests • Resolve issues to optimize system performance • Integrate ERP systems or databases with other applications for data reporting • Ensure ERP systems and related subsystems meet security and audit requirements • Act as liaison between functional process owners and technical resources • Occasionally train staff in using the ERP software • Perform additional duties based on business needs • Report to the Systems Implementation Manager
• Experience with Sage Intacct is required • A minimum of 3 years experience in ERP systems and/or administration • Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements • Demonstrated successful transition and implementation of workflows and policies • Experience transforming data into executive-level dashboards and reports • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools • Strong manufacturing environment knowledge is preferred • Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Slack, Sage Intacct, Power BI, Wherefour, Salesforce, and Shopify eCommerce • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills • Ability to apply critical thinking to processes and implement strategies and programs addressing company objectives • Strong interpersonal skills and professional interaction with managers, staff, and officers at all levels • Ability to communicate information and respond to questions and suggestions • Ability to problem solve effectively • Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and work management systems such as Slack, Jira, or similar platforms • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and discreetly • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, where permitted by law • Must obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, or registrations required by applicable laws and regulations • Compliance with company safety, sanitation, quality, and food safety policies • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule • Travel between sites will be required • ServSafe Certification or Food Handler's Card is preferred, where applicable
