📋 Description

• Own copywriting across email, landing pages, in-product copy, social media, blogs, and campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement • Develop and frame the company's brand position, narrative, and tone • Set voice standards across social and digital platforms • Combine technical understanding with creative storytelling to explain the mission, products, and business model • Create short-form, long-form, and visual-supporting educational content for varied audiences • Showcase open-source initiatives and research through creative communications • Identify and analyze growth opportunities across acquisition and engagement channels • Test and iterate copy using KPIs such as CTR, conversion, and engagement • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms including Meta and Google Ads • Build relationships with influencers, creators, and internet communities • Write briefs and suggested copy for influencer, creator, and community relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional writing and editing ability across email, web, social, product, and long-form formats • Portfolio demonstrating strong, persuasive, results-driven writing across multiple formats • 2+ years in growth, marketing, communications, or a creative role primarily focused on copywriting • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to test, measure, and iterate on copy and campaigns • First-principles and systems thinking • Strategic thinking and ability to move between high-level narrative and tactical execution • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities and adapt based on feedback and performance data • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations across stakeholders and relationships • Ability to work a schedule overlapping sufficiently with EST business hours, online until 3:00 p.m. EST • Curiosity and passion for growth, experimentation, and user behavior • Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term strategy • Persistence, resourcefulness, organization, attention to detail, and process-driven working style
