📋 Description

• Provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, speech samples, and auditory elements using proprietary software • Translate and localize UI copy, prompts, responses, and other written content from English into Croatian • Curate high-quality audio data representing linguistic and prosodic details, including intonation, rhythm, and accent • Collaborate with technical staff to improve speech modulation, accent variation, noisy recordings, and multilingual audio processing • Improve annotation tools and audio workflows with technical staff • Train and refine Grok for voice interactions, speech recognition, and multilingual auditory experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in Croatian with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations • Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level • Clear, natural vocal delivery and pronunciation suitable for audio recording • Strong auditory perception for speech nuances, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality • Ability to handle multilingual audio content and evaluate speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and context • Ability to transcribe audio accurately across accents and varying audio quality • Ability to translate and localize text accurately between English and Croatian • Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in multiple languages • Strong comprehension and independent judgment when evaluating ambiguous, noisy, or accented speech • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills • Commitment to developing sophisticated multilingual AI audio capabilities • For personal-device work, computer must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later • Must meet legal eligibility requirements; visa sponsorship is not provided • Preferred: background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization, or professional voice work
