📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations and strategic initiatives • Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity • Elicit and refine business requirements via interviews with stakeholders at all levels • Analyze enterprise content management needs and develop detailed requirements for document control systems • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations • Administer the document management system including user access management, system configuration, workflow setup, and troubleshooting • Create process maps and documentation for content lifecycle management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or related field • Typically, ten years of experience in a relevant role • Experience in a regulated industry (i.e. nuclear) • Experience with technical writing • Experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects independently to meet deadlines
