📋 Description

• Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices • Advise clients on the right Atlassian products for their collaboration and work processes • Analyse and specify business requirements, processes and concepts • Create solution designs • Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence, including digital workplaces • Configure Jira workflows to digitise and automate business processes • Manage projects • Coordinate the internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence • Minimum 5 years of project experience working with clients • Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems • Service and customer orientation • High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style • Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork • Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, and Agile certifications are a plus
