📋 Description

• Monitor reporting intake channels and process reports for assignment determination • Send timely acknowledgement receipts and enter reports into the case management system • Escalate reports through the established triage process and assign them to the appropriate team • Track unassigned matters to support timely follow-through and assignment • Maintain the repository of information relevant to investigations operations, intake processes, case administration, and referral procedures • Collaborate with the operations team to improve intake processes, documentation, and workflows • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of case documentation • Follow data integrity standards, perform regular case auditing, and participate in quarterly data reviews • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries • Conduct thorough and empathetic intake conversations via live calls as needed • Build rapport with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Employment Legal • Support the Ethics & Compliance team with ad hoc tasks and projects
