📋 Description

• Lead transformative modernization and sustainment efforts for mission-critical enterprise systems in the defense and national security sector • Lead projects involving teams of data processing and information management professionals • Manage day-to-day overall contract support operations across multiple projects, personnel groups, and locations • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of contract support activities • Establish and adjust corporate management structures to direct effective contract support activities • Serve as Project Manager for a large, complex task order or portfolio of related task orders • Coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer, Task Order Managers, Government leadership, and customer stakeholders • Oversee assigned task orders and ensure technical, operational, cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions on schedule, within budget, and according to contractual requirements • Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues affecting project execution • Ensure effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Leverage Agile program management, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and cloud security expertise to deliver secure and resilient platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Must hold a Project or Program Management certification, such as PMP or another equivalent/recognized certification • Project or Program Management certifications from accredited institutions are required • Substitutes for certification such as training, degrees, or relevant experience may be considered if equivalence is clearly stated • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing large, complex IT or consulting programs • Ten (10) years of experience preferred • Experience leading enterprise programs consisting of 50 or more personnel • Experience managing programs with annual contract values exceeding $10 million • Experience leading application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy or custom-developed applications to low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian • Experience overseeing the complete project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, user adoption, and operational transition • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams while collaborating with executive leadership, Government customers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders • Active Secret clearance • SAFe Agile Certification or industry-recognized equivalent certification preferred
