📋 Description

• Consult with accounting firms to help them adopt digital strategies using the Xero platform • Apply accounting knowledge and industry experience to solve real-world problems for accounting practices • Guide accounting firms toward greater efficiency and growth • Build deep, lasting relationships with key decision-makers • Serve as a trusted advisor on digital strategy • Work autonomously within an allocated territory • Drive partner outcomes and contribute to modernising the accounting industry

🎯 Requirements

• US CPA-qualified ideally, or significant experience in an accounting practice • Strong understanding of accounting practice operations • Skilled at building rapport and trust with people • Problem-solving ability and practical solution-oriented approach • Interest in the emerging online accounting market and Fintech • Accounting expertise and industry experience • Must currently reside, or plan to reside within 3 months, in one of Xero's payroll states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or Washington D.C.
