📋 Description

• Help new Xero Payroll customers complete onboarding milestones • Proactively reach out to customers and guide them through setup steps • Track customer progress accurately and identify when additional support is needed • Collaborate with Payroll Specialists and wider payroll team

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, confident communication skills • Background in customer-facing, onboarding, support, coordination, or service environments • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills • Practical problem-solving approach • Ability to explain payroll concepts simply • Willingness to learn and take coaching
