📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day project management across campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives • Track timelines, inputs, and deliverables • Serve as primary stakeholder contact for timelines, status, and deliverable logistics • Triage and route incoming creative requests with the Creative Director • Administer project boards, file naming conventions, production templates, and internal digital asset management systems • Manage the digital asset library, keeping files current, accurately tagged, and accessible • Support photo and video shoot logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics • Assist with booking and managing freelancers, including scheduling, onboarding, and deliverable tracking • Trace vendor invoices against approved estimates and record expenditures in budget trackers • Assist with light content production, including formatting decks, resizing assets, and basic copy edits • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop systematic, repeatable solutions with the Creative Director and creative team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in creative operations, studio coordination, or production support within a creative or marketing environment • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a creative team, with a working understanding of design workflows and common operational pain points • Experience developing internal creative workflows • Proficiency with Jira and other project management systems • Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva • Proficiency with AI tools, particularly Claude, including custom AI skills and other AI learning protocols • Strong ability to identify quality or consistency issues and communicate findings clearly • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and capacity to adapt when priorities shift • Experience operating digital asset management systems is advantageous • Prior experience supporting an in-house creative or brand team is preferred • Familiarity with templating tools or self-serve asset platforms is preferred • Exposure to content scheduling or campaign coordination processes is preferred
