📋 Description

• Research both sides of the Xsolla Partner Network marketplace: game publishers running creator campaigns and creators participating in those campaigns • Talk with customers, gather insights, and monitor trends in the creator economy and gaming • Work with the Product Director to turn insights into priorities and build the product roadmap • Balance publisher and creator needs when making product recommendations • Write clear, well-scoped product requirements documents (PRDs) • Organize work in Jira and coordinate design, engineering, and QA from kickoff through release • Define and track metrics showing how the product serves publishers and creators • Share project status, research, and customer insights with the product team • Keep Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing informed about releases and partner impact • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver shipped features

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or product ownership, shipping software alongside a dedicated engineering team • Customer-facing discovery and ability to turn conversations into product insights • Ability to serve more than one type of user and find solutions for all stakeholders • Strong product requirements writing skills • Experience working closely with engineers on scope and sequencing decisions • Experience managing a backlog and tracking work in Jira • Cross-team product communication skills • Comfort working in a fast-moving, globally distributed team • Understanding of video game marketing, including user acquisition, community building, and influencer campaigns • Familiarity with creator platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick, including analytics, audience growth, and monetization tools • Experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing preferred • Marketplace or platform experience nice to have • Experience with revenue-share or performance-based partner programs nice to have • Experience with tracking links, conversion attribution, or marketing performance measurement nice to have • Ability to pull and explore data with analytics tools nice to have
